The hotel is in a good location, 10 Minute walk ro rhe train station, pastery shops not far, and a 15-20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was pleasant. As someone living in Europe, I was not surprised by the room size, as it is exactly as described.

Location, location!!! The staff was extremely helpful (they looked after my suitcase while I said goodbye to Paris) and gave me good advice on several things. My room was small but really clean. The heating worked and can be regulated, unlike in other places. Finally, the breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied. Thank you for all, guys!

The location is quiet and has good access to the metro. Very centrally located. The rooms and bathrooms are small but it is the same as most hotels in Paris for the price range.

I booked this hotel despite reading some negative reviews and I have no regrets. Yes, the rooms and bathrooms are small but they are clean and functional with daily housekeeping. Reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and check in and out were seamless. Standard continental breakfast as expected and a fantastic location, about 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and about half of that to metro stations. Bus stop right outside next to a supermarket. Several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Great value for such a brilliant location. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again if returning to Paris.

- Very good location ( near metro) - Very friendly and helpful staff – thank you so much! - Quiet district ( we slept with open window and it wasn´t noisy. We came back to the hotel at 10-11 p.m. – it wasn´t a problem to go along the street at such a late time - Reception 24 hours opened - Very clean room (small but it´s enough) and bathroom - Tea maker with different teas, coffee, cream in the room - Good French breakfast - Iron and hairdryer can be borrowed at the reception free of charge if requested - Beds are comfortable and we slept like babies! If we come to Paris again for a couple of days, we will stay in this hotel for sure!

Location is very near the Eiffel tower. I visited this hotel in the middle of a heat wave, it’s worth noting the hotel does not have air conditioning, which means the rooms are extremely hot. My room also did not have a fridge or microwave. This may be fine depending on the nature of your stay, as it was for my stay, just something to be aware of. Good value for your money if you just want somewhere close to the Eiffel Tower that is reasonably priced.

Location is amazing, a few minutes from Eiffel Tower. It really worth it. I was expecting getting a room with view, but I coudn't. Restaurants around that really make it the french cuisine experience.

I got the superior single room at the 4th floor. They gave me a good and clean one with big windows and city view. Can be noisy when you open the windows but not the bothersome type. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Two clean towels on the rack. With liquid bath soap. Kettle, cups, tea, coffee packs were all provided in my table. The gentlemen in the reception area were nice and helpful.

the location was excellent under 10 min from the Eiffel tower you can even see the Eiffel when crossing the street.There was also a grocer across the street which was very convenient.
